A few posts ago, I talked about how to stop being controlled by others, and I pointed out that it is our responsibility to do change the situation. One key factor to taking control of your life is to set personal boundaries.
Boundaries are the emotional, physical, mental, and spiritual limits we set for others. They are the tools we use to keep ourselves from being taken advantage–from being controlled.
However, setting boundaries isn’t always easy. A lot of times people are hesitant to set them for several reasons–most of which boil down to fear.
In todays video, I’m addressing some the fears that made me hesistant to set boundaries and how I overcame those fears.
