In my last post I talked about why we shouldn’t be people pleasers (like we needed convincing). Now in this post I’m getting into the how. It’s not always easy to break the habit of being a people pleaser however, it can be done.

How to stop being a people pleaser is a process. It takes time, commitment, and a bunch of TLC, but I believe that like me, you can also experience the liberating feeling of just being you–and that being okay.
